As a School of Theology student, you can easily get help from any of Theology Library's librarians - including your Library Advisor, Stacey Duran! (See the box at right to find out what the Library Advisors Program is and how to contact Stacey directly.)
Email sthref@bu.edu or your personal librarian, Stacey Duran (sbattles@bu.edu).
Fill out our reference interview request form (also available from our homepage by clicking "Get Reference Help" from the side menu).
BU Libraries offers a 24/7 chat service Ask a Librarian.
Call our circulation desk at (617) 353-3034, drop in on our virtual reference hours (to be announced) or, if on campus, stop by our reference desk for in-person advice. Our circulation desk is open 9:00a-4:00p Mondays-Thursdays during the semester.
Finally, feel free to use social media to ask questions: on Twitter, we are @busthlibrary, on Facebook reach us at www.fb.com/busthlibrary, and on Instagram reach us @butheologylibrary!
Stacey Duran, the Instruction & Collection Development Librarian, is the Library Advisor contact for all distance education students. Library Advisors can answer reference questions and provide guidance about how to find or use library resources. They also send out regular emails with information on special library events or new library resources available to you. More information on our Library Advisor program can be found here.
Stacey's office is across from the Reference Desk in 201C. She can be contacted directly at sbattles@bu.edu. Stacey will also hold virtual reference hours online occasionally throughout the semester, so that you can "drop by" and ask any questions. More information about those will be sent out in her "Library Advisor" emails.
