Candidates preparing for ministerial fellowship are expected to demonstrate "satisfactory command" over seven areas of specific competencies (as of March 1, 2017). Satisfactory command, in this case, means reading a curated list of readings in each competency, completing coursework, and work, training, and volunteer experience. The competencies were inspired by Fulfilling the Call: A Model for UU Ministry in the 21st Century. A link to an e-copy of this resource can be found here. This guide will provide access information for all required readings for each competency (as outlined by the Ministerial Fellowship Committee).
