African Film Festival Outside Africa

Tarifa-Tangiers African Film Festival (FCAT)
The African Film Festival – FCAT is an independent film festival, organised by the non-profit NGO Al Tarab. FCAT promotes the dissemination of African cinematography in Spain and Latin America, thus contributing to an improved mutual understanding as well as to the development of cultural and film industries.
