Library Resources and Services for Social Work Faculty and Instructors

This guide will help you locate the many resources in the BU collections related to your teaching, research, and publications.

Find Books

Searching Available Materials: You can find books through searching BU Libraries Search, the search box the top of the main library page, to locate books and other publications held by Boston University Libraries.

Accessing Additional Materials: Some books may not be available. You can use Interlibrary Loan Services to request these items. Electronic copies of articles are available for faculty not on the Charles River Campus.

Request Materials: To suggest titles for the library's collection, go to the Purchase Recommendations page and complete the form.

BU Library Search

You can use the BU Libraries Search box to look for print and electronic resources available through the Boston University Libraries. These resources include print books and journals available in the library stacks, as well as e-books and full-text journal articles.
