About ProQuest TDM
TDM Studio places the power of text and data mining directly in the hands of researchers. This solution from ProQuest gives students, faculty and researchers access to rights-cleared content and text and data mining tools to help make new connections and uncover trends and insights. TDM Studio supports two paths to new discoveries:
- TDM Studio Workbench is designed for experienced researchers who use their own coding methodologies. Workbench provides full programmatic access to content using Python or R.
- TDM Studio Visualization is designed for users of all levels to quickly spot trends and generate insights. Data visualizations provide researchers an option to interrogate ProQuest content using interactive, graphical representations of the data and require no coding.
How to Get Started
Anyone with an active BU email address can access TDM Studio. To set up an account:
- Navigate to the TDM Studio homepage.
- Select the “Create an account” button
- Use your BU email address to create your account.
