Troubleshooting Leganto Access Issues
While Leganto usually works well, you may encounter occasional issues. Here’s how to troubleshoot common problems:

Browser Type: Certain browsers, especially Safari, can cause problems with Leganto. Switching to a different browser can often resolve these issues.

Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes fix the problem.

Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

Direct Access: If you experience problems accessing your reading list through Blackboard, try going directly to the main BU Libraries Course Materials page and enter the course code. This may bypass Blackboard issues.
