While Leganto is known to function pretty well most of the time, there are a few occasions where you may need to do some troubleshooting.
Browser Type: The majority of Leganto access problems seem to be caused by the user's web browser. Safari is known to be one of the most problematic browsers for Leganto users.
Possible solutions for Leganto issues:
Try restarting your device.
Use a completely different browser.
Try using a completely different device (if that solves the problem, the issue is most likely being caused by the original device).
If you are trying to access a reading list through Questrom Tools or Blackboard and having technical issues, try going to the Course Reading Lists page and click on the link for your course. These links should take you directly to your reading list and allow you to by-pass Questrom Tools or Blackboard.
"Illegal Institution - Please try again": If you see this message, it could mean that your web browser is blocking cookies and you need to enable them. University of York has put together an excellent troubleshooting guide for enabling 3rd party cookies.
"Oops! This item is not available": The item might be on a reading list that has expired.
