If you are looking for a list of the most highly cited journals in your specialty, try the Social Sciences subcategories within Google Scholar Metrics. Journals in Scholar are ranked in order of their h-5 index.
Alternatively, the impact factor (IF) metric from Clarivate Analytics is also very popular. Find Journal Impact Factors in BU Libraries' Journal Citation Reports database.
