Industry Codes
When using Data Axie, it can be helpful to know the NAICS or SIC codes for an industry. Here are some sources for finding those codes.
Finding Existing Restaurants

Tips for Searching this Database
1. Once you enter the database, click on U.S. Businesses.
2. Click on Advanced Search.
3. On the left side of the screen, click on Keyword/SIC/NAICS. For NAICS or SIC codes, see the links on the left.
4. Type in "restaurants, " a NAICS code or type of food you are looking for
5. On the left side of the screen, select Geography such as Zip Code or Neighborhood.
6. Enter your zipcode or neighborhood.
7. On the right side of the screen, click on View Results
