This research guide highlights information and interpretive resources relating to the study of the artistic representation of Buddha and Buddhism. The gift to Boston University Libraries of the recently-published 20-volume Encyclopedia of Buddhist Arts greatly expands the breadth and depth of the Libraries' research collection in this subject area.
