Gastronomy @ BU
Gastronomy at BU Blog
The Gastronomy at BU blog is intended to serve the community of current students and alumni of the Gastronomy students at the Metropolitan College of Boston University. It is neither an official program nor university platform, although cross-postings of events and announcements are made on this site. Gastronomy at BU is a digital outlet for fostering community and discussion, sharing research interests, posting food events and announcements, and exploring topics in Gastronomy outside the classroom in a less formal setting.
COVID-19 Response
From restaurants to farms, grocery shopping to home cooking, education to policy, COVID-19 presents an unprecedented crisis for food systems. BU Gastronomy and Programs in Food & Wine have a responsibility to educate and support the public and those involved in all facets of the food industry.
