Browser Issues:

Solutions:
Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes fix the problem.
Try a Different Browser: Use Google Chrome or another browser, and consider using "incognito" mode.
Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
Use a Different Device: If the problem persists, try accessing Leganto from another device to see if it’s device-specific.
Accessing Reading Lists:
Direct Access: If you experience problems accessing your reading list through Blackboard, try going directly to the main BU Libraries Course Materials page and enter the course code. This may bypass Blackboard issues.
Error Messages:
"Illegal Institution - Please try again": This may indicate that cookies are blocked. Enable third-party cookies in your browser settings. You can refer to the University of York's troubleshooting guide for instructions.
"Oops! This item is not available" or a blank screen: The item might be from a reading list that has expired.
