- National Venture Capital Association Trade association of the Venture Capital Industry. Membership consists of venture capital firms that manage pools of risk equity capital designated to be invested in high growth companies. Membership directory is available for a fee. Free data on the site includes an overview of the venture capital industry, valuation guidelines, model legal documents, and latest industry statistics. Members of the association receive additional benefits.
