Downloading Company Lists into Excel

Current and historical directories of U.S. businesses and consumers. Search businesses by company name, geographic area, business type, SIC code, revenue, location, number of employees and more. Also includes job and internship listings.
1. Refer to "Creating Company Lists" and follow Steps 1 through 9. Click "View Results".
2. Select the companies you want to include in your download. Click the white boxes to the left of the company's name to choose individual businesses, or click on the white box beside "Company Name" to select all of the 25 items on a page.
3. Repeat Step 2 until you have all of the businesses you want in your download. Note that Data Axle has an upper limit of 250 downloads per search, and you may not be able to include all of your results. For this example, we will select all of Page 1 and part of Page 2.
4. Click "Download".
5. Select "Excel" for your file format.
6. Select "Custom" for your level of detail. Click on the information you want to include in your download.
7. Click "Download Records".
8. Double-click the download to open the file in Excel.
