An international consortium of more than 780 academic institutions and research organizations, Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) provides leadership and training in data access, curation, and methods of analysis for the social science research community. ICPSR is the world's largest archive of digital social science data. It also hosts more than 20 specialized collections of data in education, aging, criminal justice, substance abuse, arts and culture, demography, and other fields. It holds 17,185 studies with 5.9 million variables.
