Access Instructions
Current Boston University students (except undergraduates) faculty and staff (library and IS&T staff only) may access WRDS.
Boston University doctoral students, master’s degree students, faculty and staff may request a WRDS account by following the instructions listed below. WRDS does not permit undergraduates to have their own accounts.
- Click on this WRDS link: https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/register/
- Under the Register tab, select Boston University from the list of institutions.
- Select the account type and enter a Boston University email address and a username.
Please note that WRDS restricts Masters students from using WRDS during the summer, since many students have corporate internships. If you have questions regarding these restrictions, please email pardstf@bu.edu.
Boston University undergraduate students may email pardstf@bu.edu to inquire about financial data sources available to them.
