Contracts

Contracts form the heart of every business transaction. Research concerning contract law is topic-specific, and can range from learning about non-competition agreements to understanding whether a contract was formed. The media usually provides coverage of contract litigation involving large companies or well-known individuals. For a basic understanding of contract law, there are many treatises available.
